Entity: Nura Connect Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 and having its registered office at ___________, Bangalore, India (“Company”, “Nura Connect”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”).
This User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your access to and use of the Nura Connect mobile application (“App”) and associated services for renting electric two-wheelers (“Vehicles”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and all policies referenced herein, including our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy.

All bookings are made directly through the App and are subject to availability. Payment must be made via the in-app payment gateway. Security deposits, if applicable, are refundable upon successful completion of the rental period, subject to the vehicle and accessories (charger, helmet, etc.) being returned in good condition (normal wear and tear accepted).Refunds and cancellations will be governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy, as referenced on the website and App.

All content, trademarks, designs, and software on the App are the sole property of Nura Connect. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use.
Your personal and location data will be collected, used, and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on the website and App.
Nura Connect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use its services, including but not limited to loss of data or profits.
Nura Connect reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App and services at any time for violation of terms, non-payment, or misuse.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts at Bangalore, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement.
